Boyes, Farina & Matwiczyk, P.A., announced partners William (“Bill”) E. Boyes, John Farina and Peter Matwiczyk have been named to the 2015 Florida Super Lawyers. The recognition is in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate for Mr. Boyes, and Estate and Trust Litigation for Mr. Farina and Mr. Matwiczyk. Bill Boyes has been Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts and Estates for more than 25 years, and has been AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell for over 30 years. Less than one-third of one percent of all Florida lawyers are board certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates. He has been named to the Florida Super Lawyers for ten consecutive years. Bill has been a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel since 2000.
John Farina is Florida Bar Board Certified in Wills, Trust and Estates, a certification held by less than one-third of one percent of all Florida lawyers and he is also a Florida Bar Board Certified Business Litigation Attorney. In 2015 John was named a Top Rated Lawyer in Trusts and Estates by American Lawyer Media and Martindale-Hubbell® and a Top 100 Trust and Estates lawyer by the American Society of Legal Advocates. John Farina is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
Peter Matwiczyk is board certified by the Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts, and Estates since 1992, and has been AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell for more than thirty years. Mr. Matwiczyk has been a member of the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel since 1992, where he has served, continuously, as a member of the Fiduciary Litigation Committee. He also currently serves as a member of the ACTEC Professional Standards Committee. He has regularly been named a Florida Super Lawyer in trusts and estates litigation and has been listed in Best Lawyers for nearly 15 years.
