March 5, 2024, Boyes, Farina & Matwiczyk today announced 2024 marks 53 years William E. (Bill) Boyes has been a member of The Florida Bar. This year’s milestone coincides with his law firm, Boyes, Farina & Matwiczyk’s 30th Anniversary. Bill Boyes is a founding partner of the wills, trusts, and estates, litigation firm, located for all its thirty years, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Bill Boyes is highly sought over two generations in some of Florida’s more complex and interesting estate litigation matters, especially those involving wrongful death.
Notables large and more significant include being Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts, and Estates for 36 years, and AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell for more than forty. Bill is a Florida Super Lawyer for 19 consecutive years. Current Vice-Chairman, he is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), as well as a Fiduciary Litigation Committee member, since 1997.
