Boyes & Farina, P.A., today announced Attorney Peter Matwiczyk, formerly of Matwiczyk & Brown has joined the firm as a Partner. Charles W. Littell joins as Of Counsel. Effective with Peter Matwiczyk being named a Partner, the firm name has changed to Boyes, Farina & Matwiczyk.

Peter Matwiczyk has practiced law in Palm Beach County for over thirty years.  He has been board certified by the Florida Bar in wills, trusts, and estates since 1992, and has been AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell for more than thirty years.  Mr. Matwiczyk has been a member of the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel (“ACTEC”) since 1992, where he has served, continuously, as a member of the Fiduciary Litigation Committee.  He also currently serves as a member of the ACTEC Professional Standards Committee.

Mr. Matwiczyk focuses his practice in estate planning, counseling families in complex trust administrations, estate administrations, disputes involving trust and estate administrations, and trustee and fiduciary misconduct.  He also represents clients in guardianship litigation as well as disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and in Tax Court litigation.

Joining Boyes, Farina & Matwiczyk as Of Counsel, Charles W. Littell has devoted his career to assisting clients in their estate planning and in the difficult circumstances following the death of a family member. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and brings over 40 years extensive experience in estate administration and complex disputes involving wills, trusts, estates, and guardianships.
