Judy Daily Achieved Paralegal Certification

Judy Daily Named Florida Certified Paralegal – Paralegal Association of Florida

Boyes, Farina & Matwiczyk, P.A. today announced Judy Daily has passed the Florida Certified Paralegal (FCP) exam offered by The Paralegal Association of Florida (PAF). The FCP designation complements the prerequisite national paralegal certification Daily earned from The National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) in February.

“I have nearly three decades of experience in the legal field, but there is always more to learn,” Daily said. “Pursuing FCP certification was the next step to becoming more effective in my position. As the paralegal profession evolves, the continuing legal education offered by both PAF and NALA certification afford me opportunities to keep pace with the changes.”

A paralegal and assistant to Partner John Farina, Daily has over 27 years of experience in the legal profession, 21 of them with Boyes, Farina & Matwiczyk.  She currently concentrates in the areas of probate estate, trust and guardianship administration litigation and business litigation. Judy is a graduate of Commonwealth College in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
